This is my wives car and she set it up. What she was quoted was not what she was charged. There was no explanation why. She got no updates about changes or progress she had to keep calling to find out when it would be done. Looking at the invoice after my wife brought it home she was charged for six oil filters. They charged her to rotate the tires but put in a note that they didn't rotate them because the best tires were on the front already but they still charged her for it. They charged her for sixteen quarts of transmission fluid the invoice says fluid exchange, if all they did is drain it and refill it it would only take five to six according to another Chevrolet dealership if they cleaned and flushed it it could take up to ten. No explanation of why she was charged for sixteen quarts. I talk to one of the service techs and they helped get the charge for six oil filters fixed. I feel like my wife was completely taken advantage of she knows nothing about vehicles or what service she needed. Is this how your service department treats female customers? Were extremely unsatisfied with the communication and service.

Did not address concern about a problem with car. Told me they could not duplicate noise to bring back another time. A deaf person could hear the noise. Made noise when I took it in and when I picked it up. Appears they did not want to take the time even on my dime. Performed $1600.00 of work which is okay. But was unwilling to provide any feedback on problem. Just wrote standard blanket get him out here BS. When I bring vehicle to dealer I expect a higher level of expertise with their own product. Guess not in this case.

Your entire service crew was amazing Chris Bowen, our assigned service representative was overly helpful, polite and accommodating. He made all the pieces of our complicated schedule of the day fit together perfectly. Then there was the mechanic,Tony, who worked beyond his daily work hours to make sure our Chevy Tahoe was ready to drive back over the mountains to our home in South Lake Tahoe the next morning. I must add that Champion Chevrolet’s customer shuttle service is also the best. They drove my wife and I to more than one destination during our time there that day. Chuck, the am driver is a gem. He always is so personable and professional when driving us to and from our chosen destinations. Higgo, the pm driver, even came to pick us up from our hotel the next morning taking us back to the dealership to drive back home. Champion Chevrolet is the best! THANK YOU VERY MUCH!

I don't want my responses to sound critical; however, I believe they should be mentioned. Even with a scheduled appointment, I don't believe it should take almost 2 hours in waiting time to complete an oil change with filter, tires to be rotated, and 2 filters to be replaced. I believe that if I wanted my tires to be rotated, it should have been mentioned, that I would be charged a fee for this. Finally, when I went out to receive my car, it was left unattended, and anyone could have driven off with it!

Very professional. Had to program 2 key fobs and update software on the truck, one complaint is I was charged $20.00 for misc shop items, I would be okay with that, but no rags or solvent was used, just a plug to the OBD. Not sure what miscellaneous parts were needed.

Where is the service in Customer Service anymore? I had to wait weeks to get the appointment just to have the vehicle not even be inspected till the next day? No courtesy vehicle provided? When the vehicle was completed and returned it was filthy! I assume the technician didn’t assemble the vehicle properly because I had to bring it back because of a strange noise/vibration upon startup’s. Another 2 day adventure left stranded by no vehicle again. Turns out the air box is missing hardware. It wasn’t missing hardware when I dropped it off for service. Now I have to wait for parts to be ordered and again bring it back for the parts to be reinstalled once they arrive. My service advisor was rude in explaining the process to me like I was unreasonable for inquiring of the process. The next nearest Service Center is over an hour away from me but I may make the trip just to avoid being treated like an idiot. For a $70k vehicle I truly expected more for my hard earned money.

The Service advisor called to tell me the truck made it on the tow truck I hired. He then explained to me that since there was no room to park the truck by the service department, I would have to pay another tow bill if they had to facilitate a tow from the overflow area to the service shop. He explained that vehicles had not been picked up, thus making the parking area crowded.

I made an appointment on-line which was very easy. When I arrived at 9:00am there was a person to greet me and give direction on what I was supposed to do. My service advisor (Daylen Sellers) was prompt and courteous. I was able to get a ride home from the shuttle driver (Chuck) who was very nice. The recall work on my vehicle was completed in a timely manner with no surprises. Overall, It was a very nice experience. Thank you to all that helped! Bob Burt

Very poor service. I dropped off my truck for service to have the driver's side control panel for the windows replaced, fix the back passenger window (probably the motor), and to have an oil change. The oil change happened the first day. After that you had the truck another eight days, and no other work was done on it. The service specialist never called me, and I had to call to inquire about the status. When talking to him all he could tell me was that you were working on it. After having the car ten days I decided to pick it up as i need the truck for the weekend. When I got the truck home the battery died after parking it for a couple of hours. Never had this issue before dropping it off. I took the truck to another garage and the was battery fried, and the alternator needs to be replaced. Again, didn't have this issue before dropping it off. At the end of the day, I paid you $500 for an oil change and another garage $1,800 to have someone else complete the work. I'm convinced something happened at your garage which is why you had the truck so long but not long enough to repair the damage that you caused. I might have tossed this up as a onetime experience but something similar happened a year ago at you garage where you had the vehicle for over a week. There is something seriously with your processes, communications with your customers, and mechanics. Absolutely the worse experience I have every had with having a vehicle serviced.

The recall on my 2023 1500 truck engine connecting rods had me worried so I made an appointment to get it done, as much as I resist going to dealerships. But, your service setup is pretty slick. For the most part everything was great. My service advisor was extremely helpful and the cashier I dealt with was very nice as well. The service done on my vehicle was finished fairly quickly. My only issue was getting my car back with greasy finger and hand prints on the hood, drivers door and window. If they could just be a little more careful it would be greatly appreciated.

Disappointed. I brought my truck in for exhaust system service. I left the invoice from the previous shop to help with troubleshooting. I wrote on the night drop envelope that my speed was limited and that there is a strong smell of sulfur coming from the truck, it can be smelled both inside and outside of the truck. After two weeks and $2036.00 bill, the truck still has the sulfur smell. I was told that I would have to pay an additional diagnostic fee. I smelled the sulfur within 5 minutes of leaving the dealership. I work out of town, so I have not been able to bring it back. After 2 weeks and $2036 bill, only half the problem has been solved, but the bill was paid in full; a second diagnostic fee shouldn't be applied, and the problem should have been fixed with that large of time in possession. It would be great to get this problem solved soon. Thank you

Dropped of my Vehicle Sunday night so it would be there for my 7:15 am appointment Monday. i called Monday afternoon to confirm that the keys/Truck were received. Did not hear anything Tuesday, called again Wednesday and was told that my truck has not been looked at yet and that I was 7th in line. I was confused since I had an appointment, then was told that the appointment is just a place holder not a guarantee. I left a message for Jay service manager, Jay called back Thursday and said that he might be able to see my truck Friday and he would call me by the end of the day. NO call was received, I called Monday and was told that I was now 1st in line but needed a Diesel tech and that there was only a few so as soon as one was available he would look at the truck. Wednesday Morning John my service rep called me to let me know that my truck was ready. When I came in Wednesday afternoon to pick up the truck I asked what was wrong and was told that everything was fine "it must have reset itself while sitting" they checked it out and was good. So after my truck was with you for 7 business days and 10 total days i was told the computer was reset and good to go. So probably 10 minutes for work. Zero customer service and shared information on what was happening unless I called and asked. Does not seem like I am a valued customer

Bug guard installed and wasn't installed properly or it was defective. Service tech stated he ordered a new one and waiting for a call from him to schedule new apt to have installed properly. Worst experience ever. I would never come back or recommend to a friend. Left my car on Thursday with the expectation that service will start on Monday. Nobody called me to give an update that service hasn’t started. I called on Tuesday afternoon and they told me that service might start at the end of the week. I picked my car up on Wednesday morning and the service person was very rude and just gave the keys without even try to explain to me what happened. Other dealer fixed my car in a copuple of days and I was happy to pay them 8k for a good service since I just place I was completely ignored

I had service to do an oil and filter change and get new windshield wipers. The oil change was fine and at the price I was quoted. The windshield wipers were another issue. The old ones were replaced with some cheapy flimsy things and the usual windshield wiper covers were missing. Also was charge over $20 PER blade which is ridiculous. I called the service advisor, asked him if I could get my wiper covers back and he told me that the new wipers don't come with covers. I told him I would have paid more for wipers with covers. He acted very unconcerned and acted like he didn't care and didn't even try to help. I told him I would be taking my future business elsewhere. He just said, "ok".....Wow he's quite the go-getter.....not!

The communication from the Service Writer and dealership was attrocious. I dropped my car off at 7:30 a.m. for a brake job and wasn't able to pick i up until 4:00 p.m the next day. When I tried to call the Service department and dealership, all of the phone lines were dead. I then texted, emailed and called the cell phone of my service writer, twice, and never received a response. I finally was able to get an update by going through the website chat system. In addition to the poor communication, I have no idea how this brake job took two full days. That is terrible. Lastly, I am so upset about this poor level of service that I am no longer going to purchase GM/Chevy cars. Normally I wouldn't go this far, but this service appointment was unacceptable. The $1,300 I had to paid seems ludicrous as well.

I arrived at 9:30 for service for a faulty tire pressure sensor, got a ride to the Peppermill casino. At 2:30, I called to get a status and was told my car was nearly done. Got a ride back to the shop and was told the parts needed were on back order and my paperwork would be there soon. 2 hours later, the paperwork arrived. There is no way it should have taken that long for the paperwork since the only things that were done were the multi point inspection and replacement of wiper blades.

The service representative was pleasant, and it started out as a good experience. However, the final result was one of disappointment and feeling taken advantage of. We brought in the vehicle for a check engine light and a faulty door lock and were talked into doing a $2700 maintenance service on a vehicle that probably isn't worth much more than that. The check engine sensor was fixed relatively inexpensively, but they wanted $1100 to fix the door lock issue. We declined on the door lock charge but still walked out of there $3200 poorer. I regret my decision to have my vehicle serviced at Champion Chevrolet and will not be back. This was an excessively expensive experience, and I feel that if I'd taken the vehicle anywhere else that I could have gotten the servicing and both repairs completed for less than I paid Champion.

I made a mistake when my ignition switch got stuck. But after dropping the vehicle, I was pleasantly surprised at how personable and transparent Service Advisor Willie was (I have his card, forget last name). He was rapid-fire but went beyond expectations on the technical/mechanical side. Full disclosure and very flexible for my decision-making. This, in marked contrast to Champion's indifferent and offhand prior service. And expen$ive!!

Even though I have an extended warranty I was billed. Left several voicemails with no return call. No promised update calls, I ended up having to take time off of work to physically go down and get an update. Claimed the check engine light didn’t come back on but after less than 24 hours of having the vehicle back, the light came back on. I will NEVER take my vehicle here again.

I was told to drop my truck off the day before for a recall since it was going to take 6-6 hrs to complete . We got there to check in late afternoon and the service writer said oh no we'll get right on it it'll be done before we close and sure enough they pulled it off with time to spare
