FERNLEY, NV | 2018 Chevrolet 2500HD SilveradoApril 5, 2023Dropped the truck off at 0530 and it was NOT ready at 4:30 when I came back. If this amount of time was not sufficient for the services requested then a different date should have been given to me. We are all busy these days and sitting around at your dealership another 30-45 minutes after a long work day was NOT fun. Then having to drive home to Fernley was basically disappointing to say the say least.Response from Champion Chevrolet

RENO, NV | 2011 Chevrolet 3500HD SilveradoFebruary 1, 2023I was charged $5k to fix 2 leaks on my truck, it took almost 2 week (I had an appointment) and the truck is still leaking oil. I brought it back to Chevy and was told that it was something else, they charged me another $250 to change the oil and replace the oil filter which they said that was the problem and it still leaks. So thus far I’ve paid you guys over $5000 to fix a leak and it has yet to be resolved.Response from Champion Chevrolet
